Pesticides and sprayers

The sprayer calculator performs arithmetic only. The pesticide label is the law: always follow label directions for rates, carrier volume, nozzles, pressure, drift management, protective equipment and restrictions. Calibrate and verify your equipment before applying any product.

Seeding, planting and cost figures

Seeding rates, plant populations, reference values, and cost or price ranges are starting points and may not suit your region, variety, soil, climate or market. Verify with local recommendations and quotes before making purchase or planting decisions.

Equipment safety

Operating tractors, cutters, sprayers and other machinery is hazardous. Follow the manufacturer’s operator’s manual and safety instructions, and use required guards and rollover protection.

Boundaries and legal descriptions

The acreage calculator is not a substitute for a survey. For boundaries, sales or legal purposes use a licensed land surveyor and recorded documents.
